Meeting Agenda: The Power to Create (Builder #1)

This meeting agenda is designed to harness the power of Builder #1's insights, encouraging team cohesion, reinforcing key concepts, and driving behavioral changes. It's divided into three parts, allowing flexibility in time allocation and objectives.

Part 1 - Golden NuggetsKick-start the meeting by fostering team cohesion through sharing golden nuggets inspired by Builder #1's insights. Encourage participants to reflect on relevant experiences or stories.

  • Facilitator initiates the discussion, inviting each member to share their golden nuggets.
  • After each share, prompt further discussion by asking for examples or related experiences.
  • Rotate to the next participant until everyone has contributed.

“I thought we could start by going around the horn. Please share your golden nuggets from listening to Builder #1 — could be concepts or takeaways, relevant stories or experiences — from your life or someone else’s. Who wants to start? (As people share golden nuggets) Do any examples or experiences of that come to mind? (After they share, go ahead and pick the next person.)”

Part 2 - Topical ConversationsReinforce specific concepts discussed by Builder #1 through topical conversations. Explore various topics and encourage participants to relate them to personal experiences or observations.

  • Facilitator introduces each topic and invites thoughts from the group.
