If you're having trouble logging into your Mojo Account, you can reset your password.
How to reset your password:
- Open the Mojo app and tap on the Profile icon at the top left corner
- Tap “Request new password”
- Enter the email address associated with your Mojo account
- Tap ‘request a new password’ and you will receive an email with a link to create a new password by following the prompts,
- Please check your spam folder if you do not see the email in your inbox. The email subject will read” Your access to Mojo (create a new password)” and it will be from ‘Sean J. from Mojo’
